What actually happens when somebody rings me?
Your line diverts to a number we give you. We answer in your company name, ask the questions you chose, and send you the message with a transcript and a recording. Most callers never know the call left your business.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays exactly as it is. You choose when it diverts to us, which can be only when you are busy, only after hours, or all the time.
How long does it take to start?
About ten minutes. You tell us your business name, pick the questions, set the divert on your phone, and make a test call to hear it working.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The older answering companies charge one. We do not, and we do not tie you into a contract either.
Will my callers know it is not my own receptionist?
We answer in your name with your words. Nobody is told they have reached another company, because they have not. The call is being handled for you.
What if I want a real person and not the AI?
You can have one. The human service starts at thirty nine pounds a month. The AI is there because it is instant, it never queues, and it costs a fraction of a salary.
Where do my messages go?
Email and text as standard. You can add a second address for a colleague, and send the message straight into your own system if you have one.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, from your own account. There is no notice period and nobody will ring you to talk you out of it.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes, and the recording sits with the message so you can hear exactly what was said. You can delete any recording, and you can turn recording off completely.
Do you answer at night and at weekends?
